★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyorsak, mert az előző nap rendelt monitort már másnap megkaptam, DE! A megjegyzés rovat, ha már egyszer ott van, akkor arra oda kellene figyelni mit ír oda a megrendelő! Sem a kiszállításról nem tájékoztattak, illetve nem vették figyelembe, hogy a számlán mi szerepeljen és mi nem. Emailre nem válaszoltak. A mai világban az emailes kommunikáció és a gyorsaság fontos, de telefonban viszont korrekten tájékoztattak. Mondjuk abban is lehetne mit fejleszteni, hogy olyan valaki vegye fel alapból a telefont, aki érti is a dolgát nem pedig bizonytalan (és átadja a telefont).

In today’s world, email communication and speed are important, but they are properly informed over the phone. Let’s say there’s also room for improvement in having someone pick up the phone by default who understands their business rather than being insecure (and handing over the phone).
