Először azt hittem egyszeri eset de rendszeresen előfordul. Kérem a nyitvatartási idő betartását vagy annak frissítését. Nagyon bosszantó. Megbízhatatlanok.
A mai napon sikeresen átvettem a csomagomat, valamint a tulajdonossal és az eladó hölggyel megbeszéltük a félreértést. Maximálisan kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Profi hozzáállás.
my gls packages are difficult to receive on a regular basis. Half an hour before the end of the stated opening hours, they are closed regularly for technical reasons. At first I thought it was a one-off case but it happens regularly. Please keep or update the opening hours. Very annoying. Unreliable.
Today, I successfully took over my package and discussed the misunderstanding with the owner and the lady at the sale. They were utterly kind and helpful. Professional attitude.
