Always go there to buy a new bkk pass. They are friendly and fast. Nothing to complain about.

BKK Staff violently scammed us in Red Metro when we were getting off. We made an honest mistake to validate the same ticket twice (once in the bus and once in the metro) getting deceived by the fact that the metro machine validation was different to the bus (bus printed a date while metro cut a piece of the cardboard without a rejection noise or anything) 3 stops after we got off and 2 violent ladies made us pay a fine in cash although we showed them we had more tickets and we had misunderstood the system. One of them insisted that clear information was available in all languages but it wasn't at the stations or buses, while the other kept talking about us in hungarian. When i requested the chance to pay my fine in cash she threatened to call the police and left me alone, while another one was watching my partner downstairs inside the station. A hungarian lady saw the scene and said they do this to tourists everyday. I'm sorry they do this to honest tourists who come enjoy Budapest and its nice people. This is an awful first impression that won't be forgotten. You should not abuse people like this... not only the fine but the violence and rudeness of the communication.

I just enteted to see if it's the corect side of the station, it wasn't. I spent 5 sec on the station, I didn't know that you have to validate the ticket once you entered the station even if you're not using the transport and they gave me a fine. I doesn't make any sense. There is no information outside the station which the direction of the train is going. That's just abusive...

Record your purchase!!! Bought a monthly pass from the mashine that deducted the money and didn't give me the ticket. Then tried to get my money back and they told me after about two months, delaying the case as much as they could, that the mashine didn't charge my card. According to my bank it did. I don't want justice now, just leave this one star. This is not service!

I visited this place after receiving my student ID to convert my monthly pass from individual to students monthly pass. Generally, it is clean and high genetic, well organized, people are friendly. It did not take a lot of time to be completed. Besides, I cannot deny that the transportation services in Hungary are the best. I love it May God bless Hungary ??.
