We were heading home from Bulgaria when our beloved little car in Serbia, after Belgrade, gave up the fight, just at midnight. So far, we’ve been over 867km, more than half of which I’ve driven in the heat. Family tired, exhausted, car nowhere. We knew that only car rescue was possible, but we had already heard about all sorts of horror prices, long waits, and then it was even questionable how the family (4 people) would get home. My clever grandmother found me on BlackJoe, whom I called half a night. I'm sure I'll wake you up - I thought, and it'll start well for us in the morning or in the morning. Joe picked up the phone as if it were just during the day. He introduced himself (how strange, many forget this) and we stayed for the first time at a price that is far from friendly. He made sure the family could fit in, and he set off for us immediately. Not in the morning, not the next day, but immediately. Furthermore, there was no obligation to make an immediate reference, because there are those who do not start without it. It occurred to me what the service might be like if it was so affordable. Well, six on a five-point scale! Joe is an extremely helpful, precise and fair entrepreneur who is not driven to pluck his client, but is truly the lifeblood that he loves to help. We also had a couple of hours to talk home, which also brought positive confirmation: Joe isn’t a “specialty bar” who only got to know his profession. He is an extremely pleasant conversation partner who is an informed and intelligent person with diverse interests. I’m not happy about the death of our car (maybe :), but by the way we got to know Joe. If it is a car delivery, it is clear that we will recommend it to everyone. Oh, and it even has a car rescue app that works even without a net…!

Total professionalism and empathy. Immediate departure despite good hours, good company and pet-friendly service! A motorhome, two adults, a dog and a kitten were rescued professionally from the Austrian Alps and this was not a tariff boost, the agreed price remained! With this experience and contact, we dare to cut our way again, but don't need them ... ?

Hi On December 8, we crashed near Montellimar. About 1700 km away. Phone ..... They picked me up right away. We received accurate information about the price, time, etc. / We didn't ask the rest cheaper? We placed the order for the car rescue towards the evening. WE STARTED IMMEDIATELY.
