★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an unfortunate event with my company car (Mini One) end of December when I still needed to get to 3 other countries. This BMW garage was the only one to that did its best to help (there are only 3 official BMW garages in Budapest).
I spent almost 6 hours with my co-pilot in the BMW lounge while waiting for the car to be checked, having phone calls with the leasing company and many other admin stuff for the car. What I wanted to highlight is how Mr. Gabor (also the only person speaking English) showed great professionalism and patience during that time, so a very big thank you to him for the transparency and help. I hope his efforts will be appreciated by the BMW Budapest team.
Please note that this is a review of the customer service as such and not a repair quality review. The car needed to be sent to Belgium as the faulty part was not available in Budapest.
An improvement point: when the technicians decide to take the car for a drive test for the diagnosis, you should let the driver know of it and not drive off with the car for 16 minutes while I had all my personal belongings inside.
