100%-os volt a hozzáállása a dolgozónak a probléma megoldásához.
Nagyon gyors és precíz munkát végzett.
A szituáció az volt, hogy a tehergépkocsim magassága 300 cm, a szervíz bejárat magassága 295 cm.
Így is sikerült bevinni a szervízbe a kocsit, hogy leeresztették a gumit, súlyokat pakoltak rá és így be tudtuk vinni.
A problémamegoldás volt az első helyen, nem a kifogás keresése, hogy miért nem tudják megoldani.
Nem volt elutasítás a részükről, hanem teljes mellszélességgel a probléma megoldásán dolgoztak.
Csak így tovább!

The situation was that the height of my truck was 300 cm and the height of the service entrance was 295 cm.
This is how we managed to get the car into the service by lowering the rubber, packing weights on it and so we could bring it in.
The solution to the problem was in the first place, not the search for an excuse as to why they could not solve it.
There was no rejection on their part, but they worked with full chest width to solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miután elmondtam telefonban a problémámat, a munkafelvevő hölgy azonnal adott időpontot. Nagyon kedves volt, odakísért a szakemberekhez az autó átvizsgálása után. A szervizes és a vizsgáztató szakember is jótanácsokkal segítette a döntésemet. Felhívták a figyelmemet a szervízetikai szempontokra is, mert nem ennek a szervíznek a profilja ennek a hibának a javítása. Már másodszor volt pozitív tapasztalatom ennél a szervíznél, és 2x voltam itt. Csak ajánlani tudom. Köszönöm

Nagyon meg vagyok elégedve a szolgátatásukkal, a 10 év alatt nem volt egy olyan eset sem amikor ne teljesítették volna a munkát a megbeszélt időpontra. A kiszolgálással is nagyon meg voltam elégedve, különösen az irodában lévő hölggyel, mindig kedves volt hozzám és még kávéval is mindig megkínált.
Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek őket.
I’ve been slowly bringing both of my cars to them for a tire change in the spring and fall for 10 years. I am very pleased with their service, there has not been a single case in the 10 years that the work has not been completed by the agreed time. I was also very pleased with the service, especially the lady in the office, she was always nice to me and even offered me coffee.
