★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az előre lefoglalt és kifizetett időpontot sajnos utolsó pillanatban (1,5 órával előre) kellett lemondanom, mert felhívtak az óvodából, hogy azonnal hozzam el a kisfiam. A szolgáltató teljesen visszautasította az időpont átfoglalását. Megértem, hogy ez a "szabály", ugyanakkor egy ilyen szolgáltatótól járvány idején nekem alap lenne, hogy ebben rugalmasak legyenek.
A válaszra reagálva: vannak szabályok, illetve jó szolgáltatóknál létezik rugalmasság és méltányosság. Pont emiatt adtam ezt az értékelést.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel the pre-booked and paid time at the last minute (1.5 hours in advance) because I was called from kindergarten to bring my little boy right away. The service provider has completely refused to reschedule the appointment. I understand that this is the "rule", however, from such a provider in the event of an epidemic, it would be a basis for me to be flexible in this.
Responding to the answer: there are rules and there is flexibility and fairness for good providers. That is why I gave this assessment.
