Great disappointment for this company. I bought 3 climate for them 6 years ago. Now there is an error and they are not willing to deal with it. Weeks have passed since the error reporting, today one of the administrators told us that the equipment is outdated, cannot be repaired, and that a new one needs to be taken. When I did not accept this answer, he handed it over to another clerk (he was my salesman for 6 years), who told me in an unqualified instructor tone that I would install it with whom I was doing the maintenance. And they don't have the time to call, at least 50, they want to put the phone down. Then I was informed of a phone call from the manufacturer that the fault could be repaired, of course, it was not necessary to buy a new climate instead of a 6 year old equipment.

One of the most correct companies I bought recently! The sellers of the store are competent, I was maximally satisfied with the customer service! I recommend to everyone!
