★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it takes about 1 hour of hiking from pilisszentkereszt on the scenic panorama hiking trail to reach this watching tower at the highest point of the pilis mountain but it is well worth the effort. the tower is located in a now defunct military installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was part of an old military base and was in ruin before the renovation. Nice view to the Pilis mountain, but you need to walk from the main road to climb up here.
A suggestion : come during winter, when either smog or fog covers the land, you will see beautiful sunshine and white clouds below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the horizontal wooden architect the whole starecase got a futuristical athmosphere. The view from the top is breathtaking, and 180° you can see the mountains, valleys, villages.
