Kaptunk egy újat, aminek a sarkából ismét hiányzik egy darab. Hatalmas csalódás. I would not recommend it to anyone. We ordered a picture on the wall that arrived incorrectly, but on a level that specifically pieces were missing from it. We got a new one that is missing a piece from the corner again. Huge disappointment.

I ordered a sofa, 2 months later unfortunately its spring broke. They couldn’t replace it, but they were correct, they refunded the price after they took the couch!

A török gyártású közepes, vagy inkább a gyengébb minőség, de ezt a Bonami is jelzi a Basic besorolással. Nekem ettől a gyártótól kissé sérülten érkezett meg egy kanapé. A kárpit egy kis helyen kiszakadva. Mindezek ellenére, elégedett vagyok mert a bútor esztétikailag megfelel és a hibáért, a Bonami azonnal jóváírt egy elfogadható összeget. A szakadást pedig egy kárpitos ismerős megvarrta. Összességében az ügyfélszolgálat minősége kitűnő, azonnal és korrekten jártak el esetemben. A bútorok közül pedig mindenki úgy válogasson, hogy ami olcsó, az nem véletlen. The quality of the furniture is the same as its price range, the cheaper ones are unfortunately not good quality furniture. The Turkish production is medium or rather of inferior quality, but this is also indicated by the Bonami with the Basic rating. I received a sofa from this manufacturer a little damaged. The upholstery is torn off in a small place. Despite all this, I am satisfied because the furniture is aesthetically pleasing and for the defect, Bonami immediately credited an acceptable amount. And the tear was sewn by an upholstered acquaintance. Overall, the quality of customer service was excellent, they acted promptly and correctly in my case. And let everyone choose the furniture so that what is cheap is not a coincidence.

Customer service is slow and not helpful. They sit in Prague, there is no Hungarian representation or legal entity! (This avoids consumer liability). Elküldtem màsnap levèlbe a panaszomat ès hozzá csatoltam a hibàról kèszült kèpeket. Kèt hèt alatt nem intèzkedtek semmit. A telefonnàl ülő "ügyfeles" Nem segìt semmiben... Màr a telefont sem veszik fel 3 napja! Az asztalt minősègi termèkkènt hirdettèk! NEM AJÁNLOM ŐKET! I ordered a garden table from Bonami. The day after my arrival, when I installed it, I noticed that four holes on my feet were drilled in the wrong place. I sent my complaint to the letter the next day and attached the pictures of the error. Nothing was done in two weeks. The "customer" sitting on the phone doesn't help anything ... The phone hasn't been picked up for 3 days! The table has been advertised as a quality product! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Falmatricát rendeltem, olyan kis méretben jött, akciósan 10 000-ről féláron, hogy egy kis sarki írószerben is kaptam volna ilyet. Kizárt, hogy még egyszer bármit rendeljek innen. Misleadingly worded product description ... I ordered a wall sticker, it came in such a small size, on sale from 10,000 at half price, that I would have received one in a small polar stationery. It is out of the question for me to order anything from here again.

E-mailben azt a tájékoztatást kaptam, hogy a raktár "újra" feladja a csomagot, ehhez képest 3 nappal később mégsem volt raktáron. Ugyanazon a napon az is kiderült (természetesen nem maguktól írták meg), hogy kivezették a terméket a kínálatból. Ide több, mint két hét alatt sikerült eljutni. A kommunikációjuk kritikán aluli. A legjobb az egészben, hogy a honlapon ugyanúgy elérhető a termék. (ami elvileg nem is képezi a kínálat részét) Soha többé Bonami. V	Vacsi Adele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Két terméket rendeltem tőlük. A kanapét összeszereléssel kértem, aminek az árában a csomagolóanyag elszállítása is beletartozik. A futárok akik kihozták és összeszerelték a terméket, külön kértek az elszállításért 3000 Ft-ot.. Ezt megreklamáltam, vissza utalták a szállítási költséget. A kanapét megmozdítottam és az egyik karfája leesett. Egy 300 e Ft-os kanapéról beszélünk. Próbáltuk vissza tenni, de amibe a csavar belemegy fa rész, az szét van hasadva.. Erre már nem érkezett válasz... A lámpa minőségéről amit rendeltem még tőlük, nem is írnék semmit.. Kritikátlan az egész szolgáltatás.. Senkinek nem ajánlom, hogy vásároljon tőlük bármit is!!
