A kemencében és elektromos sütőben sült pizzák tésztája finom, előbbi igen jónak mondható volt, utóbbin viszont kicsit szegényesre sikerült a paradicsomos szósz, illetőleg a 4 évszakos pizzán a sárgarépa és szalámi helyett az eredetileg használt articsóka, sonka, paradicsom-bazsalikom és gomba, esetleg olajbogyó kellene kerüljön. A bruschetta ugyan jó volt, de nagyon hiányzott róla az elengedhetetlen friss bazsalikom! Ettől eltekintve az ételek ízei jók voltak. A borlap rövid, mégis jó a kínálat. Az ételek igazán visszatükrözik az olasz ízeket, mini Itáliában érezheti magát az ember Békéscsabán. A felszolgálók nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, az étterem tulajdonosnak is volt mindig egy-egy kedves szava hozzánk. Szerencsére időben eszünkbe jutott, hogy lehet hogy kellene asztalt foglalni, igy felhívtuk őket… péntek este 19.00-21.00 között full teltház, de egy kétszemélyes asztalt sikerült kapnunk. A “Bisztro” egy kellemes olaszos hangulatú, utolérhetetlenül finom, egyedi konyhával rendelkező hely. A szakácsok mellett a személyzet többi tagja is maximálisan vendégorientált, igazi szakember.
