Rendeltünk egy Riwall PRO elektromos fűnyírót, ami a leírása szerint erős motorral rendelkezik, és sűrű füves területen is kiválóan teljesít. Az első RENDELTETÉSSZERŰ használat során tönkre ment, a motor egy rövid idő elteltével nem forgatta a kést. A vásárláskor nem kaptunk szervizlistát, külön ki kellet nyomozni, hogy ki a szakszerviz. Miután a szervizből visszaérkezett a fűnyíró, diesel motor hangja volt, 5 percen belül szikrázott a motorháztető. E-mailben jeleztük a bonus shopnak, hogy gondunk van a frissen javított fűnyíróval, amire közel 40(!) napra érkezett a válasz: ez egy újabb probléma, újra szervizbe kell küldeni. További kérésre, és további várakoztatás után megkaptuk a szerviz által rögzített állapot felmérést, melyben többek között kifejti a szerelő, hogy ez a gép kizárólag egyenes terepre, és kicsi konyhakertre van méretezve. Ez az információ a terméktájékoztatóból kimaradt, vagy a szerelő nincs tisztában a gép műszaki paramétereivel. Ez most vagy a fogyasztók szándékos félrevezetése, vagy csak szimplán egy hozzá nem értő szerelőt alkalmaz a szakszerviz... Amikor szerettük volna visszakérni a vételárat, azt a választ kaptuk, hogy túl vagyunk a 14 napos visszafizetési határidőn. Figyelembe véve a bonus shop több mint 40 napos várakoztatását, ez egy égbekiáltó pofátlanság! Soha többet nem fogok innen vásárolni, és senkinek sem ajánlom őket! If I had the opportunity, I wouldn’t give a single star. We ordered a Riwall PRO electric lawn mower, which as described has a powerful motor and performs well even in dense grassy areas. It was damaged during the first INTENDED use, the motor did not turn the knife after a short time. We did not receive a service list at the time of purchase, we had to find out who the service center is. After the lawnmower returned from service, there was the sound of a diesel engine, and the hood sparked within 5 minutes. We informed the bonus shop by e-mail that we had a problem with the freshly repaired lawnmower, to which we replied in almost 40 (!) Days: this is another problem, it needs to be sent to service again. Upon further request and after further waiting, we received a condition survey recorded by the service, in which, among other things, the mechanic explains that this machine is only sized for straight terrain and a small kitchen garden. This information has been omitted from the product information sheet or the installer is not aware of the technical parameters of the machine. This is now either a deliberate misleading of consumers or simply employing an incompetent mechanic in the professional service ... When we wanted to get the purchase price back, we got the answer that we are over the 14 day repayment deadline. Considering the bonus shop’s more than 40-day wait, it’s a blatant cheek! I will never buy from here again and I will not recommend them to anyone!

Maga az üzleti koncepció megfelelő és működik, ár/érték arányban jó döntés. Customer service is good, delivery on time. The furniture is of acceptable quality but not top quality. The assembly is 90% clear. The business concept itself is appropriate and works, a good value for money decision.
M	Mária Puskás on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A megrendeléstől a kiszállításig 32 óra (Szombathely-Délegyháza) karácsony előtt 2 nappal, ilyen gyorsaságot még sosem tapasztaltam.Két teljesen amatőr is össze tudta rakni, igaz kicsit több időbe telt. 32 hours (from Szombathely-Délegyháza) from the order to the delivery 2 days before Christmas, I have never experienced such speed before.
