Egy probléma van, csak az után kerestem fel őket, hogy a szállás nem válaszolt az e-mailre, telefonon pedig azt mondták, hogy ha e-mailt írok akkor tudnak segíteni..:D I book through them, but whatever problems they do not help, they only write back to find accommodation for this issue. they said if I write an email they can help ..: D

Egy pozitívum, egy USA beli Mary vel jót -beszélgettünk, de segíteni nem tudott ! ? Nem ajánlom senkinek, sajna Hi! I join, for those you leave me in a delicate position, booking! Customer service is not helpful and is not responsible for semi! One positive, a good one from US, Mary, but she couldn't help! ? I don't recommend it to anyone, unfortunately
T	Tamás Helmeczi (Tomi) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugoktól éktelenkedő értékesítési rendszer, inkompetens, alig válaszoló, a szálláshelyekkel minduntalan kitoló és az üzletmenetet szánt szándékkal akadályozó ügyfélszolgálat. Számomra érthetetlen, hogy hogy tud még működni ez az oldal... Aki teheti regisztrálja máshova a szálláshelyét, mert a bookinggal tuti, hogy meg fogja szívni.... Bug-like sales system, incompetent, barely responsive, extensively pushing accommodation and obstructing business. It is incomprehensible to me how this page can still work ... Who can do the registration elsewhere because booking is sure to suck it.
I	Ildiko Bodor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem emailen, sem telefonon nem lehet elérni őket. Februárban foglaltunk, foglalási díj nélküli szállást. Kérték a bankkártya adatokat, sajnos megadtam. Levonták a teljes díjat. Most mennénk hétvégén, nem a covid miatt nem merünk elindulni, hanem a bármelyik nap elrendelésre kerülő karantént miatt. Se átfoglalni, se pénzt visszaadni nem akar se a tulajdonos, se a Novasol. A booking pedig elérhetetlen, pedig náluk foglaltam!!!!!! Nem viccből foglaltam, menni akartunk, de a jelenlegi helyzettel senki se számolt. Soha többet nem foglalok náluk semmit !!!!!! They cannot be reached by email or phone. We booked accommodation in February without a booking fee. They asked for my credit card information, unfortunately I provided it. The full fee was deducted. Now we would go on a weekend, not because of the covid, we dare not leave, but because of the quarantine ordered any day. Neither the owner nor Novasol wants to take over or return the money. And booking is unavailable, even though I booked with them !!!!!! I wasn’t joking, we wanted to go, but no one was counting on the current situation. I will never book anything with them again !!!!!!

Az ügyfélszolgálatuk 50 perces hívogatás után közölte hogy nem tud magyarázatot adni. No bookings could be produced after partner registration. Conversely, they were removed from the partner list on the grounds of breach of contract. After a 50-minute call, their customer service said they could not provide an explanation.

R	Richárd Solner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there personaly because there is no customer service. If you have problem try write emails or make phone calls but visiting personaly is just waste of time. Its an empty back office due pandemic situation... Good luck!
