★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company, incapable of providing services! Giving fake information about delivery dates and making people wait for nothing! We have to wait more than 2 weeks instead of promised 5 calendar days to get our books. Call center also couldn't provide us any relevant information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly café. We ordered latté and a special tea. When we got it after ten minutes the waiter told us we have to leave now as it is time to close the shop. We can have togo cups to bring the tea with. Well, I never met so unpolite staff. We left the paid drinks with no words. Sure I will never return.
