Megkaptam az értesítést, hogy átvehetem (személyes átvétellel kértem). Amikor megérkeztem nem tudták, hogy miről van szó. Nem tudták ellenőrizni, hogy tényleg fizettem-e... (Ha jól emélkszem az indok: nincs itt a kolléga, aki tudná ellenőrizni.) Nekem kellett bizonyítanom a fizetés tényét a bankszámla történetemmel, ami szerintem eléggé nonszensz... A termék minősége megfelelő de a kiszolgálás/ ügyintézés nem volt kellemes élmény. Here is my answer from the perspective of more than 1 year ... When I ordered the products, I paid online with a credit card. I received the notification that I could pick it up (I requested it in person). When I arrived they didn’t know what it was all about. They couldn't check if I really paid ... (If I'm right, there's no colleague here who could check.) I had to prove the payment with my bank account history, which I think is pretty nonsense ... The quality of the product is good but the service / administration was not a pleasant experience.
