Az értékelésemet az alapján adtam, hogy a férjem bent volt Önnél egy szemüveg javítás miatt.
Érdeklődött hogyan lehetne megcsináltatni a törött szemüvegét. Ön pedig minősíthetetlen hangnemben elküldte, hogy menjen nyugodtan körbe a városban, van rá 10 perce mert Ön 16:00-kor bezár, mondván, hogy ilyen javítást sehol nem csinálnak nem hogy Önöknél....Kárörvendő és lenéző volt, ahogy megnyilvánult...
Úgy gondolom, hogy ha én odaviszem Önnek a pénzem és ott szeretném elkölteni, akkor nem ilyen “kiszolgálást” várok el.

And you sent me in an unqualified tone to go around the city calmly, you have 10 minutes to do it because you close at 16:00, saying that no repairs are being made anywhere other than yours .... It was damaging and contemptuous as it manifested itself .. .
I think if I take my money to you and want to spend it there, I don’t expect such “service”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantasztikus volt minden perc, türelem, szakértelem, precizitás. Gyermekemnek csinaltatunk szemüveget és egyből egymásra hangolódtak, ami egy anyukának nagyon fontos, főleg egy ilyen fontos életesemenynél. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek ?
Every minute, patience, expertise, precision was fantastic. We make glasses for my child and they immediately tune in to each other, which is very important to a mom, especially at such an important life event. I can only recommend to everyone ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az üzlet tiszta és rendezett,parkolni könnyedén tudtam a közelben, Helga pedig kellő szakértelemmel vizsgál és adott számomra még a keret stílusában is tanácsot. Először ellenkeztem mert úgy gondoltam, tudom mi áll jól nekem de végült igaza volt: az általa ajánlott szín és forma tényleg jobban állt, fogadjátok meg a tanácsát! :)
Helga közvetlen és őszinte, aki nem szereti a mellébeszélést, az nála jó helyen jár.
The shop is clean and tidy, I was able to park easily nearby, and Helga examines it with enough expertise and even gave me advice on the style of the frame. At first I objected because I thought I knew what was right for me but in the end he was right: the color and shape he recommended was really better, accept his advice! :)
Helga is direct and honest, who doesn’t like side-talking is in the right place with her.
