★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szomorúan tapasztalatom hogy az ott dolgozó hölgy nem a tudás legmagasabb fokon áll vagy nem tudom a viselkedését mire vélni. A tegnapi nap folyamán szerettem volna egy receptre felírt fertőtlenítőt kiváltani, de sajnos nem volt Önöknek , így azt gondoltam hogy kérek helyette olyant amit a sebre használhatok. A" kedves hölgy" arrogánsan vissza dobta a receptet és azt a választ adta semmit nem tud adni. Így másik gyógyszertárba mentem ahol rögtön felajánlottak helyette másikat és nagyon türelmesen el mondták hogy miképp használjam .Nem tudom ezek után a beteg hogy merjen Önökhöz be menni ha ilyen fogadtatást kap.
I am sad to find that the lady working there is not at the highest level of knowledge or I do not know what to think about her behavior. During yesterday, I wanted to replace a prescription disinfectant, but unfortunately you didn’t have it, so I thought I’d ask for something I could use for the wound instead. The "dear lady" arrogantly threw back the recipe and gave the answer she can't give anything. So I went to another pharmacy where I was immediately offered another one instead and was very patiently told how to use it.
