★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly place. There are a lot of activities for kids too.
However there is nothing to do outside of the hotel since it is next to a small village. It is still a new place and some parts of the hotel is still under construction.
The owner is a hunter too so don't be surprised if you find a lot of trophies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the initial efforts of the investors, this is an average hotel with disappointingly average meal selection (the breakfast was the most disappointing). We got a big room, but it had a poor natural light due to a single rooftop window. The spa is okay, but the rules applied to guest towels are more than ridiculous and inconvenient. In the summer it might be a much more pleasant place to stay, but in general it felt like despite the gorgeous chandeliers and halls there are heavy cuts in the management costs that one can notice in the details (eg. lack of basic things for guests in their rooms, only one spa towel per day even if it is soaking wet) . Nevertheless, the service and the staff itself is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location: out of town on the top of a small hill. Few tzigan s houses between the main road and the entrance but not a problem at all.
Hotel: beautiful. clean. nice and big rooms. All the furnitures have style.
Wellness: really great. Inside: 2 saunas. 4 Jacuzzis. pool and kids pool. Outside: pool with hot thermal water (also helps against psoriasis), pool with bar and pool with slides for children
Restaurant: good food but roughly the same for lunch and dinner for few days... boring!
The minus is the service which is under the standard of this hotel especially in the wellness. They could benefit to have few persons more but after discussion they told us that they also are all underpaid with doesn't help to attract employee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 1920 it might have been great bravado to display two dead/taxidermied lions right at the entrance, but in 2020 its just simoply tastless and barbaric. The owner should keep his “hobby” to himself.
Good food, nice staff and decent spa though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a unique design, with spacious rooms, excelent and very comfy beds, the food is delicious, the staff is helpful, polite, but the responsiveness could be improved. The wellness is great inside-outside also. If you choose to visit this place you can have a great time, make your decision and have a try!

It is hotel in Castle look, Amazing Interiors, friendly staff, good food, good thermal bath infrastructure !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will feel like a king or a queen at this place! Incredibly elegant, beautiful to the last details. The thermal pools and spas are superb too, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The food is lovely too. I absolutely loved it here!!
