C	Család Préda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viszonteladótól rendeltünk beltéri ajtót.Az ajtó nikecell sarokvédelemmel volt csomagolva.A kicsomagolás után azonnal észleltünk egy kb. 1.5 cm sérülést az ajtón. A sérülésről tájékoztattuk a viszonteladót aki továbbította a gyártóhoz. A válasz:anuár 1. óta minőségellenőrök nézik át tüzetesen az ajtókat és ilyen hibával nem engedik becsomagolni az ajtólapokat! Mivel a sérülés a nikecell élvédő alatt van és maga a nikecell nem sérült, így nem garancia! Az ügyfél vagy a szerelő a helyszínen összetörte! Újra tudjuk gyártani, de fizetni kell érte! Ehhez beazonosítás szükséges, vagy a gyári címke, vagy az ajtólap alján lévő azonosító fotója! Üdvözlettel: Ács Attila termékmenedzser Tehát ha a nikecell sèrült akkor van garancia így amikor levettük a nikecellt akkor “összetörtük”. Köszönjük az arogáns válaszát termékmenedzser úr! Frissítés: időközben az automata küszöb is kiesett az ajtólapból. (kb 2 éve is rendeltünk 3 ugyanilyen ajtót, azokkal nincs baj, biztosan azért, mert akkor még nem volt ilyen nívósan ellenőrizve a minőség, és azok közel fele annyibe kerültek, mint ez a fantasztikus utolsó) Értjük mi, hogy dübörög az építőipar és most kell gyorsan meggazdagodni, de azon is el kellene gondolkodni, hogy ez miért megy a minőség rovására... Nagyon könnyen sérül! Lehúzás a CPL bevonat! Szerintem nincs rajta. Ács Attila lekezelő, elérni is alig lehet, utána rájöttem, hogy felesleges beszélni vele. Nobody buys from here!
