★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aggályos, hogy a nyár legmelegebb napjain spontán, órák hosszára elzárják a vizet Bodrogkeresztúron, ahonnan még ügyfélszolgálat sem elérhető. A szüleim 70 feletti nyugdíjasok, kb 2 órája víz nélkül vannak, várják, hogy valami történjen. Átirányítgatások helyett tudnának esetleg valami konkrét lépést tenni??
It is worrying that during the hottest days of summer, the water is spontaneously shut off for hours at Bodrogkeresztúr, where no customer service is available. My parents are retired over 70, about 2 hours without water, waiting for something to happen. Instead of redirecting, could they possibly take some concrete action ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sikerűlt minden alkalommal kifogni, hogy nincs varakozó. Klimatizált helységben lehet ügyet intézni. A hölgyek kedvesek, aranyosak(velem szemben azok voltak) . A parkoló kevés autót tud fogadni, ebből két elektromos töltési lehetőséggel van felszerelve. Van telefonos ügyfélszolgalati rendszerük így tényleg csak komoly esetben kell bemenni.
I managed to catch every time that there is no waiting. You can deal with it in an air-conditioned room. The ladies are kind, cute (they were opposite me). The car park can accommodate few cars, two of which are equipped with electric charging facilities. They have a telephone customer service system so you really only need to go in serious cases.
