I have also experienced rare leniency in cases where the case would not have required strict medical attention. The prices are realistic, and many times the loyalty points are collected, so you really can't complain about that.

I have been going to the doctor with my 14-year-old cat for days, I also went to an animal hospital with him, this office was sympathetic on the phone. They personally waited half an hour. When I spoke, "Mr. Doctor" was offended that I had a picture to complain about when he had already helped me so much over the phone. You must have counted the minutes then, how much time I took of your time. The whole "investigation" was unnecessary. The kind doctor was more concerned with complaining about the half-hour wait than with the cat. He kept asking me "what to do with the cat now" and "what will I do with it if it gets bad this weekend." Pfff, great attitude. It is definitely suitable for vaccinations, smaller tests, I would avoid this place with a bigger problem. Well, I see the owner has already responded, it is difficult to bear the negative criticism. Why didn't you like to mention that I was waiting for you because you were talking to an acquaintance? Or do I have anything to do with it? And he didn’t ask for money for the investigation, how generous he was. I wait in private health for half an hour, after which he asks me what to do with the cat and mockingly asks "what will he do to him on the weekend if he gets in trouble?". Didn't that happen either, I just figured it out? And the other zoo did not keep the animal in, does the age do not include what they were told orally, do you even protect them now? I am sorry that it is very difficult to find a good veterinarian in this two million city.
