Great air-conditioned and modern apartment. We were with my husband and three children. Everyone delighted. To the pools 15min walk through the park to the market 20min. Big Spar just around the corner. I would highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sympathische Vermieter. Sie erfüllen einem jeden realistischen Wunsch. Die Lage ist top, obwohl der Bahnhof genau gegenüber liegt. Nachts keine Lärmbelästigung. Fußläufig in 5 Minuten befindet sich ein SPAR Supermarkt, dm Drogeriemarkt und eine Apotheke. Zu Fuß ist man in guten 10 Minuten im Zentrum, Fußgänger- und Radwege sind gut ausgebaut und man hat kaum Berührung mit Verkehr.
Die Einrichtung des Appartements ist klassisch gehalten und es mangelt an nichts. Extrabonbon ist eine Waschmaschine im Bad. Parkplatz direkt im Hof. Dieser ist nur per Fernbedienung von außen zugänglich und videoüberwacht.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder in dieses Appartement oder in ein anderes Appartement dieser Vermieter.
Very personable landlord. They fulfill every realistic wish. The location is great, although the train station is right across the street. No noise at night. A SPAR supermarket, the drugstore and a pharmacy are within 5 minutes' walk. You can walk to the center in a good 10 minutes, pedestrian and cycle paths are well developed and you hardly have any contact with traffic.
The interior of the apartment is classic and nothing is missing. An extra bonus is a washing machine in the bathroom. Parking space in the yard. This can only be accessed from the outside by remote control and is video-monitored.
I would always go back to this apartment or to another apartment from this landlord.
