Just a quick note to say how grateful I was for the help of the ever patient and resourceful staff . It was my first stop from Australia and they were very helpful , for example recommending a local travel agent when it was difficult to book a train on line

A standard appartement in the broader centre of the city. Pleasant and friendly staff, clean, underground garage, good traffic connections. Located on the 8th floor of an appartement building would definitely recommend. The pictures show the view from the balcony.

Pension basic but clean. Beds uncomfortable . So a budget place to sleep. Staff lovely.really helpful. We had a problem with airport transfers which they sorted out for us. Location good. Near rivet and trams.

I shouldn't have picked the place because of it's price, now I find fully understand you get what you pay for. The place is really old and quite disappointed , the room is really noisy because it's next to light rail. We stepped in the room, thinking it must be the heater turned up high by accident, but it was the hot water heater in the bathroom that made the stay unbearable, it was really really hot and stuffy and It's a really old residential apartment from the 50's , and you have to go through a dark alley way before reaching the elevator. It fit only 4 person tightly in elevator, and when we reached 5th floor our rooms, the elevator was not leveled with the floor, someone could trip on that. Once we opened the door, there's another door leads to our room. After that evening, we heard someone trying to get into the main door, and realized there's someone living in the same apartment, but through another door. We left after only 2nights and cut short of our trip and left. We were really tired from touring the Budapest city, and got awakened by the morning light rails, it was really a 2 torturing nights. The staff are very friendly and no fault on their own. It's the place it's way too old for our taste.

I had an excellent experience here in January 2020. The room was immaculately cleaned, the bed comfortable and the prices reasonable. I enjoyed the breakfast option and the homely nature of the place. It is a beautiful place which feels very warm and inviting. The hotel reception staff were incredibly kind, hospitable and generous in their time assisting me with whatever I needed. I would love to stay again. Thank you!

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Spacious, basic room. Although I've read that the beds were hard, I slept fine. Kitchen contains fridge, coffee maker, kettle, oven (no microwave). TV only offers Hungarian channels. Bathroom was fine. Water in Budapest is high in chlorine (not that nice for drinking). Breakfast was OK, although a bit expensive if not included in a package deal (7 Euro). Location is excellent (many public transport options and shops around the corner).

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location. Cons: Little bit worn out (eg. wobbly beds, 1 of 2 windows was stuck), street noise, no parking (we were said it was not available at this moment). Overall good price to quality ratio.

Really good: The room was modernly decorated The WiFi was excellent. In real life 300 download and 21 upload. No drops. That's extremely good. Perfect for people that take home office to another level. They adapt to my check in time perfectly although I personally prefer when they just have a box. It reassures me that I'll be able to enter ? I think they made adaptations recently because the pictures here don't align with the reality. You can trust the ones on Booking
