The date and truck reconciliation for the past week was normal. When he got to the battery, the first surprise was that the gate was open and no one was inside. The second is that there is no truck on site for the requested truck. I managed to catch up with them at the number given, where they said, "There's chaos, we'll call you back soon." It was about an hour later, where it was claimed that both a colleague and the truck were at the site. So much of this is true that instead of the newer type of car requested, another used, rusty type of transit was actually there .... When I called them back to let them know it was so out of order, not professional and I was able to rent a car at much more expensive conditions on the fourth car rental because they simply put the phone on me.

At the right price, we managed to get a big peugeot boxer max out of it for a day at the last minute. He was in good condition for his running performance (500e km), there were no surprises, he did his thing :-) The handover was smooth and kind. I'll be back if I still need a van :-)

Absolutely unreliable. 1 week earlier I talked to them on the phone about where, when and what kind of van I needed, we also discussed that I also needed a driver. I directly asked if I needed any written order, email, or anything. He said no, I would just send an sms with the data. I sent all the relevant data first and even wrote back (true around midnight) that I missed the date. I also sent it to him. Then we waited for the car at the agreed time yesterday, but it didn’t come. I called them, a young guy said he would look after him and call him back. I call him again in another 10 minutes and he said he had an administrative error sorry and now he doesn’t even have a man so he can’t send anyone. I told him we didn't have to now, because we should have gone to the waste yard on time, because the rubbish could only be brought in there. I called people there to help pack up, I finished everything, We finally took it with 3 cars, in 2 rounds, and it was only up to the goodwill of the people working in the waste yard that we didn’t have to ask for another date. And the guy wasn’t even able to call him back as promised and tell him no car was coming. The second time I had to call. Absolutely unreliable company, I would not recommend it to anyone.

NEVER ANYONE! I got a car that didn't work. They cheated cheekily and deliberately and barely gave back the deposit! The guy laughed when I asked for a day’s fee back, even though I fell double because I had to keep the car in custody because I had to leave valuables in the hold at night. The tailgate was not closed and I was only offered to take another one when I was already on the road, they didn’t pick up the phone until then, and then they didn’t return the money based on this fake offer. In fact! At the end (before closing time) they said there was not enough money in the box office, so write down paper and I could go in for a deposit later! Eventually half transferred, half cape, but I don’t understand: how long should I have waited if I couldn’t bet money online ??? It was bad: handbrake, fan (in summer), door lock + rattle, rattle, consuming 16 liters empty. A ruin, unmaintained, they just stretch their horse and they know it about themselves, this is the business model. Never.

It was very fair service! The location is easily accessible and very flexible. I have rented from them several times and will continue to rent from them.

We wanted to rent a truck, we talked on the phone twice, of course they said everything was fine. We went there in the morning and then reported no car because they weren’t brought back, but that’s why they didn’t call in the morning if that’s a problem I don’t know.

Unfortunately Another negative opinion follows, we rented a Citroen maxi Jumper for a day, no doors could be closed, the parking brake did not work, The rear door was very difficult to open, I was not informed about it at the time of receipt. More Bad experience, That they give the car with an empty tank, and Consumption is unpredictable. It was positive that the sales guy was available by phone and we got the car in clean condition. And he didn't drown under us. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews here, otherwise I wouldn't have rented them here, I don't recommend them, especially if we have the car with us for the night.

Everything went well and smoothly, I was unsure when booking and they were ready to help me even in the late evening. The car was a couple of years old Citroen Jumper which did its job perfectly, I was very satisfied, I drove one for the first time and it was a very positive surprise. thanks again for the help.
