 Hungarian fairy tale .... B.J. show 3 properties in Budapest Kazinczy street at the agreed time. When I view and indicate that they like to make an offer and pay in advance, I have to wait for them in front of those who have seen them and IF they do not make an offer, I can make an offer. Ergo has not made any offer. but I can't either, but he wasted his time showing 3 properties ..... Blood is professional and as their page is presented in the introductory part they are also oriented! Congratulations! If it were a minus star I would send it in sooner.

The worst property management company in Budapest. They are like leeches sucking blood. Not only they find a way to not to return your deposit, but they also come up with some stupid extra costs once you move out and ask you to pay for them on top. If not paid, they turn to their lawyer and send you official letters. But dont worry, just hire a lawyer and accuse them of not paying TAXes (because they dont pay "enough") and that backs them off. Avoid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bradley Edwards managed my apartment in Budapest. I moved it to them, I had a lot of trouble getting it let, it was vacant for a year, they let it within weeks. They were highly professional, and even when closing my account. When I sold my apartment, they accompanied me to the bank, helping translate, provided clear documentation and summary of accounts. Additionally, the sale went very smoothly, their recommended lawyers sorted everything out and it was completed without me having to fly to Hungary. The same cannot be said of my bank, unfortunately, which is the only reason I had to fly out.
My experience was that they were competent and professional, took the hassle out of managing an apartment in Budapest.
