We planned a week to stay. It became a night.

The big positive of the place is that he was willing to receive us at the last minute for that night, plus only one night. The villa is spacious, pleasant, but it has seen more beautiful days. For example, the pool cannot be used. On the other hand there is a terrace, barbecue, lounge. It can be quite ideal for a larger company to rent out and then the other guests won’t bother (or even they will be the guests).

The accommodation is the last house of Miskolctapolca, after that there is only a forest, so it is excellent for retreat parties. We took him out for a bachelor party. We were lucky to have more space because most of the accommodation could not be taken out for this purpose. Tünde is a very pleasant, helpful host, he helped in everything he could. A room was already occupied when I took the place, he moved them to another apartment for those two evenings so we could take out the whole house, telling everyone better that way. I’m sure he did this normally with them, too. Unfortunately, the large pool was broken, but a canvas pool was purchased. He informed us about this and everything else in advance, even the type of firewood, we didn’t get any surprises on the spot. He asked if everything was okay, we needed something, but he didn’t ‘harass’ us every hour to see if we had already smashed the house in the midst of the big farewell. The house has indeed seen more beautiful days, but it wasn’t even advertised as a luxury villa, plus we needed exactly that kind of place for a bachelor party, not one where the gold plate is ironed at the head. Large kitchen, large covered patio, kettle, pool, a bit old, a little worn but not cracked. We got what we expected, we were maximally satisfied.

Very good place. Groups of friends can take out the whole house. But beware! Loudspeakers are not welcome in the area.
