Rendelkezem egy ajándékkártyával, ezt szerettük volna felhasználni egy kismama termékre, ami 20 ezer Ft értékű, és nem azért vásárolja az ember, mert jól érzi magát. Mivel én nem tudok elmenni érte, a férjem járt az üzletben, a kártya nem volt nála, befotóztam. Nem fogadták el, így további napokat várhatok a termékre úgy, hogy a kártya nem névre szól, a vonalkód jól látható, és akár internetes vásárlásnál is felhasználhatom anélkül, hogy vásárlói fiókom lenne. Nevetséges rugalmatlanság 2022-ben. I used to be very satisfied, they were always helpful, but today it was over. I have a gift card, we wanted to use it for a maternity product, which is worth 20 thousand HUF, and you don't buy it because you feel good. Since I can’t go for it, my husband went to the store, he didn’t have the card, I took a picture. They weren’t accepted, so I can wait days for the product so the card isn’t named, the barcode is clearly visible, and I can even use it to shop online without having a customer account. Ridiculous inflexibility in 2022.
R	Réka Gajdos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A leírásban szerepel, hogy mindent megtalálhatok, amire szükségem lehet, kivéve a bolti alkalmazottak segítségét: kisgyermekemmel érkeztem, hárman "fogadtak" és a feltett kerdésemre csak egy útirányt adtak, hogy hol találhatok olyasmit a boltban. Nehány perc keresgélés után feladtam, révén hogy nem ismerem a bolt kínálatát, aki pedig ismerné, nem tartott velem - nyilván fontos meetinget tartottak. Majd az emeletre mentem, babakocsi és ülés vásárlási szándékkal. Ott már eladót sem találtam, hiába nyerte el tetszésemet néhány termék, nem szándékoztak eladni. Az üzletből kifelé tartva még utánam dobták a kérdést, hogy "sikerült-e megtaláljam, amiért jöttem". Nem, a Brendonban nem sikerült, de majd egy másik boltban megveszem, ahol az értékesítők segítőkészek és kompetensek a témában. The description says I can find everything I could need except the help of the store staff: I arrived with my toddler, the three of them “greeted” and gave me only one directions to where I could find something in the store. After a few minutes of searching, I gave up because I didn’t know what the store had to offer, and who would know it didn’t hold me - they obviously had an important meeting. Then I went upstairs with the intention of buying a stroller and a seat. I didn't even find a seller there, no matter how many products I liked, they didn't intend to sell. Keeping me out of the store, they even threw me the question of "if I could find what I came for." No, it didn’t work out in Brendon, but I’ll buy it at another store where the salespeople are helpful and competent on the subject.

L	Luka Koprivica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have ordered ABC Design Mint strollers and they sold us a broken one!!! We had to order them, wait them a few days untill they arrived from Budapest to Szeged. We are foreign buyers, and they knew it! Strollers were probably sold and returned before by someone who broke them, but that was obviously opportunity to sell them to us. We didn't test them in the shop, as they were handed to us packed in the box. Thay had problem with collapsing from the first day. But finaly got broken after one year of usage. When we opened the locking mechanism, a part was broken off and missing!!! There is nothing else I can conclude. So, be careful!
R	Róbert Horváth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great shop to get everything for your baby. It' a bit small but you can find really everything. The assistants are very kind and they help with everything. It was a surprise that you can try several things without any problem (eg.: nursing bra) which was not allowed in other shops. The prices are correct often lower than in other shops.
