Sajnos ami nekem nem tetszik és nem a mosoda hibálya, minden féle dolgot betesznek a gépbe, amit otthon nem.Pl.: kutya fekhelyek , plédek, szőnyegek, vagy székletes, össze hányt ágyneműk. Ha QR kóddal használod a gépeket az 5. és a 6. szárítógépen fel van cserélve a QR kód. Vagyis az 5. gépről beolvasott kóddal a 6. gép fog elindulni és vice-versa. Jeleztem telefonon az ügyfélszolgálatnak... Az egyik mosáskor úgy alakult, hogy 6-an vártunk. Mindenki kényelmesen elfért és még a hangulat is jó volt ? Amiben lehetne fejlődni, ha lenne még egy "tripla" kapacitású mosó és szárítógép is. Előfordult többször is, hogy 2-3-an is vártak a nagy gépekre. Persze nem tudom, hogy az infrastruktúra lehetővé teszi-e egyáltalán... Amiben az ügyfelek fejlődhetnének, hogy ne töltsék túl a gépeket. Sajnos többször láttam, hogy dugig volt a 16kg-is gép is töltve, ami centrifugálás közben emiatt meg is állt. Értem én, hogy olcsóbbnak és gyorsabbnak tűnik ha egy mosással letudjuk; de így tönkre megy a gép és az a matrac vagy 3 garnitúra ágynemű sem lesz rendesen kimosva, mert nem tudja rendesen átforgatni a gép. Megfizethető, de a kifizetett összegért az ember elvárna egy normális, igényesebb környezetet. Klíma nincs. A mosoda várakozásra kialakított része kezd egyre igénytelenebb lenni. Koszos, poros, szemetes. A kanapé ahová le lehet ülni, ragad a kosztól. Amilyen igényesen indult ez a mosoda, a színvonal a tisztaságot illetően kritikus.
