Tegnap a 16 kg-os mosógépben szerettem volna mosatni és a beírt 60 fokos erősen szennyezett program kiválasztása után 35 fok ágynemű mosásba kezdett a mosógép. Egyből hívtam a segítséget, nagyon nehezen sikerült beszélnem az úrral, sikerült a megfelelő programot kiválasztani, de akkor meg nem indult el egyáltalán. Hosszas telefonálás ismét mire kapcsolatba tudtam kerülni és utána sikerült szerencsére, de fél óra közben eltelt. Vagyon bosszantó volt, de ettől eltekintve nem szokott probléma lenni.
