Kádszerelő ajtó mérete nagyobb volt, nem rendeltek megfelelőt. wc- ből a kiállìtási darabot kaptuk meg, mert nem tudták levenni a magas raktárból. Mosdókagyló nem beépíthető volt, nem is volt raktáron pedig azt kértem, csak hogy pár dolgot említsek. A rendelést 1 hét alatt nem sikerult összekészíteni, tételes árajánlat kérés alapján. Így kb. 1 órába tellett mire körbejártam a 2 tonna építőanyagért a telepen belül. Mivel a beépítés napján mentem, ez elég értékes idő volt és a nap kezdetén borított mindent. Nem akarok senkit lebeszélni róluk mert alapvetően jó hely, kedves eladókkal,a termékek minőségével nincs gond de nem biztos, hogy újból otthagynék ennyi pénzt. Telefonon is nagyon segítőkészek, megmondják, hogy van-e az adott termékből, vagy rendelni kell. Nagyon szép burkolóanyagokat, szanitereket, és rengeteg építőanyagot tudtam itt venni. Tippek: Ha van rá lehetőség, akkor érdemes előre kalkulálni, és korábban leadni a rendelést, mert a nagy forgalom miatt nem biztos, hogy még aznap tudnak szállítani. A rendelésre szállított dolgokat (pl. szanitereket, csempéket, járólapokat), amik nem biztos, hogy készleten van, érdemes legalább 2 hétre előre megvenni, mert sok múlik a gyártón is. A sódert, a homokot, a deszkát, a cementet, vagyis azt, ami biztos, hogy van a telepen, szintén érdemes legalább 2-3 napra előre megrendelni, ha van hely az udvaron. A raklapokat három hónapig lehet visszaváltani. A csempéknél, járólapoknál érdemes megnézni a kifutó, és emiatt kiárusított termékeket is, hátha van prémium termékből átlagos áron elegendő mennyiség. Adódhat a kérdés, miért nem szólítom meg az ott dolgozókat: természetesen ezzel is próbálkoztam, háromszor körbejáratták velem a telepet egymáshoz küldözgetve és velem üzengetve, mire kiderült, hogy most ki fog engem kiszolgálni, mert igazából senki nem ér rá. A rendszer pedig olyan, hogy amíg kint nem szolgáltak ki, hiába megyek be, tehát a benti kollégáktól nem kérhetek ilyen segítséget. Az üzleten belüli kiszolgálással kapcsolatban eddig csak pozitív tapasztalataim vannak, ha valakinek onnan kell valami, menjen bátran, gyorsan megtalálja ami kell!
