★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice & clean appartments. First visit 1y ago was five stars, but this year the stuff was really bad. Not helpful. Wrong infomations. They didn't even pick up the phone. Internet wasn't working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst accommodation ever, the fact that we didn’t have hot water in December was despicable! And they didn’t do anything for to repair it to us. To be in “nice” cold apartment in winter with no hot water is Unbelievable!! Avoid this place!!!

It was dirty, clearly NOT Cleaned AS the pictures show!
The coffee machine was leaking, and the bed was not made...
Also aperently they switched distribuerer, which means that we had NO information about where to check in. And it was imposiible getting in contact with them to adress these problems because they wouldnt answer the phone NOR text messages... even a other family one egening came knocking on our door not knowing what to do because they couldnt reach them either...
At the end we decided to go there to talk about it. And they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP OR MAKE OUR EXPIRIENCE BETTER! after 1 hour long discusion with the manager who’s Solution was giving us a hour longer to check out.... we had to Demand to AT LEAST get a refund for the cleaning... she ended up giving us 25€ = 183 DKK, which she clamed where the cleaning.
This CANT BE RECOMENDED! DO NOT GO THERE!

The reception desk is located in the same area, and it does not provide a 24 hour service, meaning that your check-in and check-out times are dependent on the presence of the representative.
If you are interested, you can get a map of the city and some recommendations from reception desk. In addition, a parking lot is available, but you need to book it in advance and pay a fee per night.
The apartments look lovely and provide you with everything necessary for a good trip. You also benefit of free wi-fi connection at good speed.
On another note, the apartments are situated above a very popular chain of restaurants and pubs, leading you to enjoy different music and noises all night long, regardless of your sleeping schedule.
Therefore, I would recommend this place to groups of friends or families looking to party and have some good fun and I would avoid recommending it to people looking for rest and relaxation.
