 A date agreed two weeks in advance is waived on the day of the study with the words "the doctor had to leave." They are not responsive to questions or letters. Not a customer-centric company, not recommended.

I came in at 8:00, waited an hour and the doctor still hadn’t arrived. Six were waiting for me, we had all come. I do not recommend.
