T	Tibor Raschek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehol nincs kiírva mennyibe kerül a parkolás, legalábbis több perc keresgélés után sem találtam a parkolási díjakat! Sem a behajtáskor, sem a fizető automatánál. A parkoló automata nem fogad el készpénzt (erre legalább a behajtáskor is felhívják a figyelmet), ami nem lenne probléma, ha legalább a bankkártyás fizetés üzemelt volna a földszinten.... De nem működött! Többen álltunk az automatánál, de nem tudtunk fizetni. Miután szóltunk az őröknek, ők lekísértek mindenkit egy másik szintre egy lifttel, ott tudtunk csak fizetni. Amíg lekísértek az alsóbb szintre kérdeztem az őrt, hogy miért nincs kiírva sehol a parkolási díj, de nem tudta a választ, csak megerősítette, hogy ezt már többen jelezték nekik. (mégsem történt ezek szerint semmi) Nowhere is it stated how much parking costs, at least after several minutes of searching I couldn't find the parking fees! Neither at collection nor at the ATM. The parking machine does not accept cash (at least this is pointed out at the time of collection), which would not be a problem if at least the credit card payment had worked on the ground floor .... But it didn't work! There were more people standing at the vending machine, but we couldn’t pay. After we told the guards, they escorted everyone to another level with an elevator, where we could only pay. While they escorted me down to the lower level, I asked the guard why the parking fee wasn’t listed anywhere, but he didn’t know the answer, only to confirm that several had already indicated it to them. (yet, according to them, nothing happened)
L	László Rácz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senkinek nem ajánlom! 5 óra parkolás = 5.000 forint, majd a meglepődést és kényszerű fizetést követően még 2.100 forintot akart a rendszer kifizettetni, hogy kiengedjen a parkolóból. A helyzetet jeleztük az üzemeltetőnek, aki azóta sem válaszolt. Ha egy mód van rá, parkoljatok máshol!
