P	Petra Tályai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masnak adtak at a csomagom, amit elore kifizettem. Epp hogy nem mondtak, hogy hulye vagyok, mert biztos valami csaladtagom atvette. Megmutattak az alairast, es az igazolvanyszamot, amivel atvettek. Nem az enyem volt. Huzogattak a vallukat, es meg parasztok is voltak. Panaszt akartam irasban tenni, de azt mondtak mar nem lehet mert zar a posta. Felhaborito, es szanalmas. Ilyen nem tortenhet meg. Minden letezo platformon panaszt fogok tenni, es nem fogom annyiban hagyni. Hozza nem erto, inkompetens banda. They gave me my package, which I paid for in advance. Epp, they didn't say I was a bitch because I must have been brought by some family member. They showed me the sign and the ID number they used to give me. It wasn't mine. They drew their religions, and they were peasants. I wanted to make a complaint in writing, but they said it couldn't be because the post office was closed. It is uplifting and pathetic. That can't happen. I will make a complaint on every download platform and I won’t leave that much. Bring a weak, incompetent gang.
B	Bi Ta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katasztrófális a szolgáltatás. Az egy dolog hogy a postás ki sem jár már, max heti 1-2szer, ajánlott levélről értesítést sem kapok, felhívni őket lehetetlenség. Portásig jutok el, aki mindíg kapcsol valahova, ahol aztán nem veszi fel senki. Ez órákonm keresztül így megy. The service is catastrophic. The only thing is that the postman doesn't go out anymore, 1-2 times a week, I don't even get a notification about a recommended letter, it's impossible to call them. I get to a porter who always switches somewhere where no one picks me up. That's how it goes for hours.

Since the beginning of 2019, they moved the service to this Budapest 3 Posta and since then EVERY SINGLE PARCEL i should received are marked as wrong address and sent back to the senders. They EVEN DARE TO LIE to their own Customer Service that the receiver name and the streetname are not provided; which is absolutely not true because the address is correct and other Posta could delivered to the very same address. THIS POSTA BRANCH NEED AN IMMEDIATELY PROPER AUDIT.

It took longer than 1 hour to receive a simple package and they couldn't do that! No one speaks English. In a developed country you should speak English. Not recommend to anyone.

According to online services, the package was here, according to the lady at the post, the package wasn't. They say attempted delivery, but there was no notice and no attempt. Interesting. Couple of days later, my package was sent back to the sender. I believe the Hungarian post cries for competitors.
