Propre, équipé, chauffé comme il faut ( température réglable avec les radiateurs).
Bien situé, à proximité de tous les monuments à visiter ainsi que les transports et restaurants.
Même si l'insonorisation est faible, le charme de l'appartement et la facilité d'accès nous font oublier les petits désagréments.
Je recommande ???

Clean, equipped, heated properly (temperature adjustable with radiators).
Well located, close to all the monuments to visit as well as transport and restaurants.
Even if the soundproofing is weak, the charm of the apartment and the ease of access make us forget the small inconveniences.

Beautiful apartment and location but the walls are paper thin and there was parties every night ?

Pro:
1. Very spacious, it is quite big for 2 people.
2. The location is good, there are restaurants nearby and the apartment is near metro station.
3.The decorations are pretty good, it has created a cozy atmosphere.
4.The apartment is cleaned decently.
5. The television is great, it is a Samsung smart TV and you can watch Netflix on it.
Con:
1. The heater is not operating as expected, it is weak with small coverage.
2. The door is annoying, there are three doors and you need to unlock them one by one, would be pretty annoying if you are in a hurry.
3. The sound proof are not pretty well done, I could hear what happened upstairs
