Egy specifikus termékért ment a férjem, közölték, hogy csak szetben van (3szoros áron mint a websopban), ráadásul nem is az ami kellett és nem kompatibilis az alkatrész amihez kellett.. hozzáértés 0. A kiszolgálás abból állt, hogy kérdés nélkül megpróbálta ránktukmálni az egyik kéznél lévő babakocsit, aminek az ára a beszélgetés alatt növekedett. A konkrét, a weboldalon kiválasztott típusra rákérdezve pedig az volt a válasz, hogy arra az olcsó típusra nincs igény, nem volt rá kereslet, ezért nem tartják.... Amit kinéztünk színben éppen nem volt készleten, de a megígért időpontra meg is érkezett. Nagyon jó kis járgány. Csak ajánlani tudom a boltot és a babakocsit is! The service is very nice! Kunert babakocsira esett a választásunk, könnyű váz, könnyű kezelhetőség, sok-sok kiegészítővel! Az ára is több tízezer forinttal olcsóbb, mint máshol! Csak ajánlani tudom! We had a surprisingly nice service in the business! We didn't go any further. Kunert stroller was our choice, light frame, easy handling, with lots and lots of accessories! The price is tens of thousands of forints cheaper than elsewhere! I can only recommend!

Mi a múlt héten jártunk az üzletben, nagyon kedves volt az eladó hölgy, mindenben segített. Babakocsit vásároltunk, az általunk választott színkombináció pont nem volt a boltban, de a mai napon már meg is kaptuk házhoz szállítással a csomagot, amiben hiánytalanul és gondosan volt minden csomagolva tájékoztató anyagokkal, összeszerelési útmutatóval, számlával és a 3 éves garanciát igazoló jótállási jeggyel együtt. A szállításról is külön tájékoztattak, illetve érdeklődött a hölgy, hogy mindent rendben találtunk-e. Az üzletben mi még pelenkázót és egyéb apróságokat vásároltunk, ezekből is van szépen választék. Sok helyen voltunk elötte, sok gyártó termékét megnéztük végül a Kunert Rotax mellett döntöttünk. Alap esetben nem isofix kompatibilis a hordozó de a megrendeléskor (mert sajnos nem volt az üzletben az a szín amit szerettünk volna) már az isofix talpat és ennek megfelelően a bele csatolható hordozót is a gyárból KB 1 hét alatt meghozták a szett többi részével együtt. A legjobb áron, verhetetlen. Nagyon meglepődtem, többre számítottam. A Mózes a m~g memória habos betétet is kaptunk ajándékba. Nagyon meg vagyunk elégedve a babakocsival és a kiszolgálással is. Azóta már voltunk újra, igaz csak egy UV szűrős kunert napernyőt rendeltünk. Ezt is a legjobb áron kaptuk. Lovely, helpful couple is the operator.
