If I could give it 0 stars, I'd give it. In one year, they managed to investigate a two-year story in which, of course, the university was right. He is not a listening friend at all, he pays a fortune and is not so honored to have something to do with it within a year. I will never put my foot in this place again!

The institution, and thus the library itself, is located in a picturesque setting, especially if approached from the side of Elizabeth Park. The area itself, where it is located, is a well-arranged part of the garden city. It provides an ideal, quiet environment for visitors and students of the Faculty of Foreign Trade of the Budapest University of Economics. The library is located inside the institution, on the mezzanine level, which is easiest to reach from the side of Elizabeth Park. This internal entrance is closer to the bus stop. Compared to this entrance, the library is located at the left side of the corridor. As soon as one enters the section reserved for the library, there are lockable metal lockers in the foreground for storing bags and other personal belongings. Entering the library, one gets into a friendly environment. Close to the entrance is the customer service department, where a visitor to the library only needs to enroll if they are borrowing books or browsing dissertations. I myself went for the latter, as if not a person contracted with the institution. Thus, the pleasant surprise of the ELTE-BGGYK library was that they were admitted despite the epidemiological situation. The librarian cordially provided the necessary information, and enrollment went smoothly as well. It was also a pleasant surprise that the dissertations can be accessed online, although it is understandable that the data cannot be saved. A separate room was provided for this service, where eight computers are available for research and reading. In addition to these, it was also sympathetic that an external reader could extend his borrowed literature three times online - with the exception of dissertations.
