★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly we didn’t line up for too long on a Saturday afternoon. Ride was interesting with fab views, however very quick so need to capture videos and photos promptly. Cost 1,800 HUF for return journey, can pay with card or cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally I didn’t like. 3,5€ for two minutes and you can’t see that much. Compare with funicular in Prague (includes in public transportation so you don’t pay extra for that) is like joke. But someone else might enjoy.

This ride is amazing with the night view... As n when the car raises to the top the view gets better and mesmerizing.. the rates are reasonable and you must try it out.. of course you can walk up the castle from stairs but you wud miss on elevated views of the chain Bridge ... Also note that don't lose the ticket as you need it to come down via same car..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful, gives me vintage vibes. But it was quite expensive. We took a return ticket but ended up taking the stairs for our way back. Honestly if it wasn’t because it is a vintage funicular we wouldn’t have taken it as taking the stairs is as fast as waiting, buying and climbing in the cabin.
