R	Ravendar Lal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life. This is a shared building where there are apartments of people living there and hostel. We stayed there for 3 nights and I have lost all the faith in these private BnBs. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place even if it’s free. Horrible customer service and building is old and full of trash. Look at picture of entrance to hotel rooms in night. It’s spooky AF. There was no light in the alley and despite telling them about this problem, they didn’t get it fixed. We learned that it’s broken from October. This B&B is managed by unprofessionals. Also there is no reception and office to store your luggage. Avoid this place!

The facility had transients hanging out(drinking and doing drugs) on the balcony and alley. To access the elevator you have to go through a shared alley which was dark(at night) and not to secure. Our unit was clean but very small. Checkin was rushed. On our last day we lost all electricity to the room after we plugged in the kettle. The breaker panel could not be accessed as it was on the wall close to the ceiling. You get what you pay for, I do not recommend this unit for anyone looking for a safe, decent place to stay.

Make sure you inform the staff when you will arrive (they send an email a couple of weeks in advance). The staff was so nice and helpful

P	Pratibha Rawat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived in night to a shady dark place, this is not a hotel, they have scattered rooms in the building and some of them are hostels. You enter the building through a very small lift into a dark alley with no lights and also some of the rooms belong to residents and on first floor there is just trash in the balcony. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. For the keys, you have to meet someone in person and you have to let them know 1.5 hours in advance or you will have to wait, there will be no room keeping and no customer service even for toilet paper, you would have to travel to their office for around 0.9 miles. Picture attached of the alley, also there is no locker to keep your belongings safe.

The building is old, and that's ok, but we didn't know where to go, waited a while and it was very dark at night

Very efficient service, I had to book at the last minute, immediately after booking I was contacted by the staff and given directions to get there, within 15 minutes of booking I already had the keys to the room, thank you very much for saving my stay in Budapest. The location is great, many places can be reached in 10-25 minutes on foot, just cross the street and a bit further to get to many restaurants and bars. I highly recommend
