Nem is gondoltam, hogy ennyire jól fogjuk érezni magunkat egy limuzin bérlés során. A Hawaii Limuzint választottuk a csajokkal, mert a limo bérlés árak tekintetében nagyon jó ajánlatot adtak. Időben érkeztek, nagyon jót buliztunk Budapesten. Csak ajánlani tudom.

Legénybúcsút ünnepeltünk Budapesten, ehhez kerestünk táncoslányt és limuzint. A limuzin bérlés zökkenőmentes volt a Hawaii Limuzinnal. A sofőr időben érkezett, az autó tiszta volt és jó állapotú. Szuper volt a hangulat és a buli, és ahogy mondani szokták, ami a limóban történik, az a limóban marad :)

Nemrég egy leánybúcsúra rendeltünk egy limuzint, direkt szóltunk, hogy pontosan hány főből állunk erre megérkezik a sofőr egy kisebb kocsival. Ezek után közölte velünk a söfőr, hogy a légkondi nem működik és miután ablakokat nyitottunk elkezdett a kocsi fűteni. Majdnem rosszul lettünk a melegtől. A söfőr beigérte, hogy átszállunk egy nagyobb kocsiba amit eredetileg rendeltünk. Útközben kiderült, hogy a nagyobb kocsi mégsem jön. Aztán kiszálltunk, hogy megelőzzük a rosszul létet. Miután folytattuk a programunkat felhívott ugyanaz a sofőr, hogy megérkezett a limuzinnal, összekevert minket egy másik társasággal azt sugározva, hogy nincs képben. Sajnáljuk, hogy így alakult azok után, hogy annyira részletesen elmondtunk nekik mindent. Azt ajánlom más limuzin társaságot keressen aki tud, hogy elkerüje ezt a sok kellemetlenséget.

I state all the reasons in order: 1. We needed a smaller limo, but they told us that the small ones are booked and pushed us into a more expensive option of a 12-person limo. It was 7 of us, and we could barely fit into the car, so it was definitely NOT what we paid for! 2. We ordered a limousine in advance to pick up the bride from the hotel, 1 or 2 hours before the pick up time, they called us that they cannot drive to the hotel and named a meeting point 10 minutes away from the hotel entrance. Imagine a bride with a long train, high heels, huge bouquet walking under the burning sun for 10 mins - not at all a luxurious or pleasant experience for her special day!!! They should have mentioned the inability to drive on that street in advance and we would have booked another hotel or arranged a smaller car to pick her up! 3. The driver was rather rude, did not offer us the champagne that was said to be included until we ourselves asked for it. When we asked for the possibility to extend our rental time in case of traffic, he said that it is impossible to extend even for 10 minutes and he is booked for the next time slot! how can they not allow several minutes safety time buffer between clients? This is a huge risk for the timely service! Expectation of a wedding day limo is a clean car with a friendly driver! At least! People do not order limousines to do their grocery shopping, they order them for special occasions, and this service sucks. They also write their own good reviews in google!!! I saw a guy who was my contact point commenting, see pictures attached.
