Esetleg, Önök szerint van olyan ember, aki véletlenszerűen bemegy a postára, bemondja a saját nevét, hátha jött egy olyan névre csomag, tudja, hogy mennyit kell fizetni érte, és még ki is fizeti, ugye? Nos, ezt eljátszották a 82 éves Édesanyámmal, aki emiatt kénytelen volt hazamenni a telefonjáért, majd egy másik ügyintézőhöz kerülve már nem kellett bemutatni azt a bizonyos emailt... Most őszintén - Önök szórakoznak az ügyfelekkel? I would like to know why a photo ID is not enough to pick up the package, why do I have to present the confirmation email sent by the web store on my mobile phone? Maybe, you think there’s a person who randomly goes into the post office, announces his own name, see if he came up with a package for that name, knows how much to pay for it, and even who pays, right? Well, this was played with my 82-year-old Mother, who was forced to go home for her phone because of that, and then she had to go to another clerk to present that particular email ... Now honestly - Are you having fun with your customers?

Az első alkalom volt idejöttem , de valószínűleg az utolsó is.. próbáltam figyelmen kívül hagyni a rossz értékeléseket, de meggyőződtem róla, hogy az összes helytálló! Undorító hozzáállás! I would have been sick of this "helpful" service. The first time I came here, but probably the last one, I tried to ignore the bad reviews, but I made sure everything was correct! Disgusting attitude!

Bűn rossz posta, nem szívesen járok ide, kivéve, ha külföldi csomag miatt, mert a Lakcim szerint csak idemehetek. Phlegm, slow, enlightenment should be drawn out of them. Sin is bad post, I am reluctant to come here unless I am due to a foreign package, because according to Lakcim I can only go here.
J	Judit Nábrádi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy unott hölgy próbálta megkeresni a csomagomat, amit nem talált meg a sem a nemzetközi csomagszám alapján, sem a nevem alapján (bár láthatóan nem is nagyon törte magát 1 órával zárás előtt, hogy megtalálja...). E-mail értesítést valamiért nem kaptam a Magyar Postától, sem a postaládába nem dobtak be semmit. Ezután itthon megnéztem az MPL Küldemény Nyomkövetés oldalán a nemzetközi csomagszám alapján, mely szerint a 113-as számú postán tegnap óta átvehető. Ott jártam pont egy órája... Nagyon csalódott vagyok! A bored lady was trying to find my package, which she couldn’t find based on either the international package number or my name (although apparently she didn’t really break herself 1 hour before closing to find her ...). For some reason, I did not receive an e-mail notification from Magyar Posta, nor did I drop anything in the mailbox. Then I looked at the MPL Shipment Tracking page at home based on the international parcel number that says 113 can be picked up at yesterday. I've been there for an hour ... I'm very disappointed!
V	V Gabi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Későn estem be nagy kupac céges levéllel. Hősiesen végigküzdötték. Közben másik ablakba szünetről jött be kolléga nő, mert feltartottam a sort. Sehonnan egy rossz szó nem érkezett, segítő kész volt mindenki. ? I came in late with a big pile of company letters. They fought heroically. Meanwhile, a colleague woman came into another window from a break because I held up the line. No bad word came from anywhere, everyone was ready to help. ?
E	Erika Szabó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddig három hölgy szolgált ki a postán, ebből egy kedves és türelmes, ketten viszont iszonyat ARROGÁNSAK az ügyfelekkel kortól és nemtől függetlenül. Küldeményről nem küldenek semmilyen értesítést (amit a feladónak beígértek, ami a honlapon is szerepel amúgy egy-egy adott típusú csomagnál). Most már csak akkor jövök ide, ha más posta nem esik útba... Illetve más csomagküldő céget veszünk igénybe, ahol flottul és kulturáltan működnek a dolgok. So far, three ladies have served in the post office, one of which is kind and patient, and two of them are terrifying with customers regardless of age or gender. No notification will be sent about the shipment (which has been promised to the sender, which is also included on the website for a particular type of package anyway). Now I only come here if there is no other post office ... Or we use another parcel delivery company, where things work fleet and culture.
