I didn’t receive my parcel because there was no apartment number in the address. I cannot receive my parcel at the department !!!! 21 century!

Like everyone else is writing: they are clearly not trying to deliver the packages. Someone in my family has always been home, but we are still receiving a notice that they tried to deliver but no one was home.. This has happened with 2 out of 3 packages now this month.

It's at nowhere. There are no sings where to enter as a person who wants to get their package. There should be a sign at the bus stop to show which way to go. Its a large office, and there is no credit card payment, because they dont sell goods. Not even an ATM. Get it? Its not that you want to pay an amount money for something, it's that _what_ you want to pay.. Anyways.. The Hungarian post is 30 years before everyone, so I'm not surprised.

Absolutely useless and incompetent staff. Their deliveries casually get "lost" and they tell you that it is your fault. Not to mention their behavioural issues when you ask them to clarify something. Would not recommend to my worst enemies. Cheers.

It's been 1,5 year I live here and they never tried a single time to deliver a package (including letters that fit our mail box). Seems like they directly print the receipt and post it without trying to deliver. I never saw one of their cars in our district either.

If one day there is a need for a movie setting in 1980’s, this is a perfect place. The lady in the parcel store seems to be a real patriot and only rudely repeats “in Hungary Hungarian”. The branch perfectly represents the customer-unfriendly approach of Magyar Posta. I definitely do not recommend.

The Hungarian Postal Services is a scam. They consistently lie about attempted deliveries due to lack of employees, and then attempt to intimidate you to pay extra for the real delivery. Complete scam, always use a dedicated courier service instead.

Not going to lie, I was intrigued to visit this place after reading this big of amount of one star comments. This was the most hated organization I have ever seen in this app. I was preparing myself for the worst. It is located in the 8th district, next to Keleti train station which is certainly not the most pleasurable location to admire. However, the road was clean and empty. Various green logos prove that you are going the right way. Entrance is on the left corner of the building. Inside, i saw the window dozen of signs, but only on in English. Writing rudely stated: “I’ll be right back. Please have your patience. Thank you!”. Other papers in Hungarian asked the same think, and, additionally, not to knock. I have been waiting, then I was knocking, then I asked a local guard to help me with this issue. He didn’t speak English. I had to go inside the building, find an administration stand and talk to the lady there. She didn’t speak English. I had to go back to the window and wait more. After 8 more minutes she appeared. She didn’t speak English. She looked hangover. However, I must underline, she tried to communicate and even said “Thank you”, when I gave her my passport. Parcel was there, hopefully. I checked it at the desk and left. Bonus point: no public bathroom doesn’t exist in this public place.
