B	Boros Tamás on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reggel 7.15kor odamentem,hogy minél hamarabb kapják az elsők között sorszámot.A 15 éves fiammal mentem,neki diákigazolvány, nekem jogosítvány, ügyben.8-kor kaptunk sorszámot,kb.8-10en voltak előttem, összesen,kb.10perc várakozás után szólítottak.Itt kiemelném,hogy 14 ablak dolgozik!Én konkrétan kifogtam egy végtelen rendes,hölgyet,aki úgy állt a munkához,hogy ez van,meg kell csinálni!Nem pedig mint egy "teszkópénztáros" szájhuzogatva,undorral!Nagyon gyorsan meg is volt,e közben a fiamat is behívták a mellettem lévő ablakhoz,mondanom sem kell hogy ő végzett mire én is! Minden tiszteletem az itt dolgozóknak! Végtelenül hálás vagyok hogy ilyen hamar, és emberien, sikerült elintézni amit kellett! Még annyit fűznek hozzá,hogy nem kerületi lakos vagyok,de mondták ismerősök,hogy itt próbáljam meg,hátha sikerül! Ugyanis a lakóhelyemen,2 nap alatt nem sikerült sorra kerülni,sajnos.Itt viszont flottul megy minden,be lehet menni leülni, és a hőség miatt még vizet is osztanak.Mégegyszer köszönöm mindenkinek!??? Még jó, hogy járvány van és minimalizálni kéne az egy legterbe tartózkodást... Az emberek itt hàborognak,hogy nem dolgoznak az ügyintézök teljesen felhàborito ami itt müködik vagyis abszolut nem müködik. X	X Jade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudjátok, azért halál ciki, hogy a XVI. kerületi (Baross Gábor utca) okmányirodában 3x futottam neki a személyi ügyintézésének, de mindhárom alkalommal 1,5-2 óra várakozás után feladtam. Ugyanerre a XVII kerületben 19 perc várakozás után sorra kerültünk s pikk-pakk ment minden. El kellene gondolkozni azon, miért is olyan balkáni az ügyintézés a Baross Gábor utcában... Talán ideje lenne kompetens emberekkel üzemeltetni a helyet! Mindez csupán ügyes munkaszervezés kérdése. Valaki ott valamit nagyon trehányul csinál. A technikai adottság megvan, talán csak hozzáértő emberek is kellenének. Plusz egy kültéri kijelző, hogy a kertből is láthassák az ügyfelek, mikor kerülnek sorra. Illetve jó pár pad, ha ilyen hosszú a várakozási idő. Valamint meg lehetne határozni, hogy hányan vannak előttem pl,. személyi igazolvány-pótlásra, és ne adj isten(!) emailben értesíteni az ügyfelet, hogy az előtte várakozók száma pl 5, lehetséges várakozási idő 90 perc. S ha nem keverednek az ügyek, hanem egy nap egy ember csak egyfélét csinál, akkor nő a hatékonyság. Szívesen!
