A csana vezetője egy tündéri hölgy, aki rendkívül kedves, segítőkész és imádja a gyerekeket. Ugyanez a gyerekek iránti rajongás gyakorlatilag feltétel valamennyi gondozó felvételénél, ennél fogva az összes lány nagyon kedves és barátságos. Imádnivaló csapat. Második gyerekem is hozzájuk jár és úgy hagyom ott reggel, hogy tudom: a legjobb helyen van.
