★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos ma rossz tapasztalatom volt a ceggel. Csempet rendeltünk egy webshopból, amit a Budateher hozott ki. Egyedül voltam otthon a fel eves kislanyommal, aki hordozókendőben eppen rajtam aludt. A sofőr nem keresve a legjobb megoldást, egyszerűen megallt elottunk az ut szelen a fuvon, es megprobalta békával raklapon behuzni az arut az udvarba. Mivel elso nekifutasra elakadt a füvön, engem kert meg, hogy toljam a raklapot, mig o huzza. Eközben a babám meg mindig ram volt kotve.. Majd közölte a sofőr, hogy sajnalja, nem megy tovabb es letette az arut a jardan, a kapu elé, mondvan, hogy "onnan ugyse viszi el senki, es erre o nem er ra, neki mennie kell". Sajnalom, de ez nem szolgaltatas. Mas futarszolgálat maximalis segítséget nyújt, amikor latja, hogy egyedul vagyok otthon kisgyerekkel, es nincsen segitsegem. Ha kell, raallnak a kapura, es onnan hozzak be akar még a teraszra is a rendelt dolgot. Ez a futar pedig meg a kapun belulre se hozta be, abszolut semmi probalémamegoldó hajlandosag nem volt benne. Remelem tobbszor nem lesz dolgom ezzel a "szolgáltatóval".
