★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is so bad ! In my case, they were not able to talk in English. And the guy did not take my order !!!
I was talking with him in English about the order, he started to reply but then he literally left me, I think because he doesn't speak English. and he went to his friends in the kitchen and they started laughing !! I was waiting ! Then he came back but took the next order after me without taking my order !!!!!! So, I couldn't buy anything !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was not good. The place as a whole was dirty, everything was sticky and had a bad smell. The bathroom was awful, the toilet was covered in fecies.
The staff doesn't know English at all, it took them 3 people to figure out what I wanted to order.
The food itself was okay, the drinks tasted a bit off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can find Burger King almost every Metro station but this one is little bit special. The staffs are really really good and kind. You can spend your time hear. Background music is good and volume is mild. If you want to use toilet then you need code which is available in your purchase voucher so be careful?. It’s in Astoria so it’s usually crowded but don’t worry they have enough space. Hope you will enjoy here and I recommend all to at least try this place once. ?? perfect for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (REVIEW UPDATE) After a bad experience I had placed a review here and the managers immediately contacted me took care of the problem and even offered me a free meal!!! I am extremely happy by their response and level of responsibility towards customers! During my last visit, the staff were extremely polite and spoke fluent English. I am very happy by how they handled their customers and will definitely continue goin here :)
