I got good quality furniture at a good price and the service is nice!

Unqualified customer service and style, information is not complete, invoice was not sent for the full amount. In August 2017, we bought a sofa. We only received information about the full amount orally, they refused to write on our specific request, exactly how much we would have to pay for the furniture. We called the customer service in vain, they did not contact us, they did not always respond to email inquiries. When they did respond though and called back, all they said was "we don't think they'll answer every single question." Our question (apart from the price) anyway was when the furniture would arrive because it wasn’t written on the confirmation, the store said (in advance) 2-3 weeks and two weeks had already passed. In the end, they managed to deliver the furniture, but we did not receive an invoice for either the advance payment (HUF 32,000) or the delivery fee (HUF 13,000). We were repeatedly asked in writing to send us their number or to refund the value of the down payment - as that means we referred more to them, but in the end they replied that "if they get to the post office they will be sent". We have been waiting ever since. The furniture is beautiful nonetheless, but I would not recommend the store to anyone.

We ordered a seat. She arrived on time and looks really good. The only mistake was communication over the phone. It would be good to send some e-mail, I also don't remember everything.
