A gardróbon lévő tükör sérült volt, mely vágási hibából származott, a vasalatok, az élek felválva, a fiókok ferdék voltak, úgy fúrtak, hogy a szekrény alja szétrepedt, az ágy alja teljesen leszakadva és a kárpitos munka is borzasztó volt, így visszaküldük a bútorokat. És mikor ebbe a boltba ellátogattunk megkérdeztük, hogy kinél gyártják a bútorokat, és mivel az eladó visszakérdezett, hogy ez miért fontos, mi őszinték voltunk. Ezt követően átnéztük a bútorokat és mivel olyan ágy nem volt, amit mi szerettünk volna, kértünk egy katalógust, hogy megrendeljük. Ekkor a tulaj hihetetlen arrogáns stílusban közölte velünk, hogy mivel ismeri az előzményeket, nekünk nem rendel semmit! (Annyira hangosan/olyan stílusban, hogy a 3 éves kisfiam elszaladt, nagyon megijedt). Nem értem ezt a hozzáállást, nem vállal felelőséget a termékeire, és nem ez a szórakozásunk, hogy bútorokat küldünk vissza, mert imádunk dobozokból öltözni és kanapén aludni. De az biztos, hogy soha többet nem megyünk ide vissza!!!!!! We were here for the first and last time. So far we have bought our furniture elsewhere, but unfortunately the last time we got very poor quality. The mirror in the wardrobe was damaged due to a cutting error, the fittings, the edges were separated, the drawers were slanted, drilled so that the bottom of the cabinet was cracked, the bottom of the bed was completely torn off and the upholstery work was awful, so we sent back the furniture . And when we visited this store, we asked who the furniture was made from, and since the seller asked back why this was important, we were honest. We then looked through the furniture and since there was no bed we wanted, we asked for a catalog to order. Then the owner told us in an incredibly arrogant style that since he knows the history, he is not ordering anything from us! (So loud / in such a style that my 3-year-old son ran away, very scared). I don’t understand that attitude, don’t take responsibility for your products, and it’s not our fun to send back furniture because we love to dress out of boxes and sleep on the couch. But for sure we will never go back here again !!!!!!
J	Jné T.M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A kiszolgálás segitőkész. Viszont a bútor nem lett kész határídőre. Ami viszont még ennél rosszabb, a konyhabútorhoz még a mosogatò helye sem volt kivágva. Nem is tudom ez,hogy nem fért bele az árba? Akinek nincs dekopir fürésze vagy kézügyessége az mit csinál?! Hív szakembert még plusszba a drága bútor mellé?! Az már a kisebbik rossz,hogy az egész lakás úszott a forgácsba. The service is helpful. However, the furniture was not ready by the deadline. Worse, the place for the kitchen furniture was not even cut out. Don't I know it's not worth the price? Who doesn't have a decopir saw or dexterity ?! Do you call a specialist in addition to the expensive furniture ?! The lesser bad thing is that the whole apartment was floating in the shavings.
