L	Laszlo Pal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Magyarországon vásárolt Citroen autómat szeretném Spanyolországban honosíttatni, ezért CCC papírt kértem, amit szinte azonnal el is küldtek mailben (ez eddig 5 csillag). A spanyol hatóság azt nem fogadta el, mert szerintük ezt csak lepecsételve érvényes. Kértem egy ilyen papírt emailben (megkérdezték mailben, egy noreply-os emailcímről írva, hogy kérem-e nyomtatva), kértem. Persze a noreply miatt sosem kapták meg azt a levelet (1 csillag). Mivel volt dolgom a fővárosban kértem, hogy személyesen mehessek be a papírért, amit nem sikerült 4 hét alatt kipostázni. A papírt sem aláírni, sem lepecsételni nem voltak hajlandóak, mert szerintük ezt Európában mindenhol elfogadják. A spanyol hatóság embereit pont nem érdekli, hogy mit gondolnak erről a citroen magyarországnál, és ők ragaszkodnak a pecséthez és az aláíráshoz. Nem tudom mekkora energiát igényelt volna ráütni egy nyamvadt bélyegzőt arra papírra és odafirkantani egy szignót, de ez a "nem pecsételjük le" dolog nekem 500 €-ba kerül. Nem mondom, hogy köszi citroen magyarország, sőt. I would like to localize my Citroen car bought in Hungary in Spain, so I asked for CCC paper, which was sent by mail almost immediately (this is 5 stars so far). Of course, because of the noreply, they never received that letter (1 star). Since I had business in the capital, I asked to go in person for the paper, which I failed to mail out in 4 weeks. They refused to sign or seal the paper because they thought it would be accepted everywhere in Europe. The people of the Spanish authority are not exactly interested in what they think about citroen in Hungary, and they insist on the seal and signature. I don’t know how much energy it would have taken to punch a lousy stamp on that paper and scribble a signature there, but this “don’t seal it” thing costs me € 500. I'm not saying thank you citroen hungary, in fact.

Kedves Veronika, remélem olvassa e sorokat. Update 2021.06.05 ... Immár 2 hete nem válaszol a Citroen hivatalos importőre az email-ünkre... ez botrányos és kritikán aluli. Telefonszámot nem adnak ki hozzájuk, személyesen nem lehet megkeresni őket, mert állítólag home-office-ban dolgoznak... Köszönjük! Z	Zoltán Kőváry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motor túlmelegedést jelzett a kontroll lámpa a c4 g picassómban … bevittem oda ahol vettem … elengedtek a szentendrei márka szervizből egy gyors diagnosztika után ( kb 8 perc 15 ezer HUF ) azzal, hogy semmi baja az autómnak , amit tőlük vettem nagyon fiatalon , garantált 41 ezer km-el anno, majd kiderült másnap , hogy hengerfejes a kocsi... mindezt 135 000 km-állásnál ... kértem a citroen Magyarország segítségét , mert a szentendrei szervíz vezetője arra nem vette a fáradtságot , hogy felvegye a telefont nekem vagy válaszoljon 2 e-mailes megkeresésemre … a citroen MO ugyan válaszolt nekem minden levelemre , de leginkább hárította a felelősséget ! Az ígéretét , h felveszik velem a kapcsolatot a szentendrei szervizből nem tudta elérni hazai központként ! Ha valakit érdekel írjon a véleményemre szívesen elmondom , miket válaszoltak … az elhárítás és a semmit mondás tökéletes mintapéldánya minden levelük … ja és a végén még meg is fenyegettek finoman , h ne nagyon terjesszem rossz hírüket , mert jogi úton vesznek elégtételt … én csak a tiszta igazat írtam le , ahogy most is … ezt tudják …no comment ..
