R	Richárd Végh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borzalmasan drága. Semmiből nincsen megfelelő méret, össze visszaságban van minden, nincs tematikája. Terribly expensive. There is no right size out of nowhere, everything is wrong, it has no themes.
R	Réka Patik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon szeretem a kecskeméti Frei Kávézót, de amikor a Nyugati téren ide bementem, a süteményes pultban 4 szelet sütemény árválkodott, amit abból kaptam, rettentően száraz volt, a kiszolgáló hölgy stílusa szintén. I really like the Frei Café in Kecskemét, but when I went in here on Nyugati tér, there were 4 slices of cake in the cake counter, which I got from it was terribly dry, the style of the lady was also too.

Accompanied by divine coffees, a wide range of delicious and decorative cookies! The only problem is that there is not enough seating in this Frei café.
O	Olivér Halmosy-Németh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pultnál derül ki, mit néztél ki feleslegesen,mert azt ott nem lehet elkészíteni, és a "barista" hölgy eléggé lerázó stílusú a vendéggel, nem, hogy nem várja meg a társad mit rendel vagy kérsz-e süteményt azonnal mondat után rávágja a fizetendő összeget. És a kedvencem mikor kiválasztott kávéra mondta: "ha szeretnéd megcsinálom" kissé olyan érzés mintha azt várja hogy csak 3in1 kávét kelljen kiadni nehogy valami bonyolultabb rendelés legyen.

Látszot rajta hogy nem érdekli az egész.A mosatlanok a pult végén hegyekben álltak nem érezte jól magam,de azok sem akukkel mentem.Többet oda nem megyek. Viszont az ÚJPESTIBEN kedvessek, vidámak , udvariassak ,segítőkészek az eladók. Nagyon szeretek odajárn. köszönöm szépen a munkájujat,maradjanak ilyenek!!!!!!????? I was at the West Frei Cafe on Dec. 28 last year. He was a bored dissatisfied salesman in the cafe. It seems that he doesn't care about the whole thing. The unwashed ones were standing in the mountains at the end of the counter. In ÚJPESTI, on the other hand, the sellers are kind, cheerful, polite and helpful. I really like going there. thank you very much for your work, stay that way !!!!!! ?????

Másodjára fordul elő, hogy nem rendes üvegpohárba, hanem papírpohárba tudta csak a hölgy elkészíteni a kávét. És annak ellenére felszámolt poharanként 50 forintot, hogy nem én kértem elviteles pohárba. Nem értem, miért nincs 17:11kor üvegpohár, elfogyott a mosogatószer, nincs mosogatógép? Legközelebb hozom a saját poharamat, és abba fogom kérni. Vagy nem jövök többet ebbe a Frei kávézóba, mert ezt csak itt tapasztaltam, hogy így lenyúlják a vendéget. Arról nem beszélve, hogy papírpohárban nem olyan ízű a kávé. I really like the Frei cafes, but this place didn’t win my liking. For the second time, only the lady could make coffee not in an ordinary glass cup but in a paper cup. And he charged 50 forints per glass, despite the fact that I didn't ask for a takeaway glass. I do not understand why there is no glass at 17:11, the dishwasher has run out, there is no dishwasher? Next time I'll bring my own glass and I'll stop. Or I don’t come to this Frei cafe anymore because I only experienced this here to reach the guest that way. Not to mention that coffee in a paper cup doesn’t taste that good.
G	Gyura Beáta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Évek óta járok Frei kávézókba de ilyet még sosem tapasztaltam, ami tegnap (2022.02.03.) a Fashion City - Nyugati téri üzletben történt. 17.05 perckor megérkeztünk két kávéra. A pultban egy megfáradt hölgy közölte, hogy 1 óra múlva zár és csak papír pohárba tud készíteni kávét, de nyugodtan üljünk le és maradjunk. Tessék?? A döbbenettől szólni sem tudtam semmit. Nos a két kávét 10 perc alatt sikerült abszolválni. Nincs is baj ezzel, mindenki megfárad estére, de az egyenesen bicska nyitogató, hogy még a poharakért számolt fel 50-50 forintot! Elég sokat vendéglátózva számomra evidens lenne, hogy 1 órával zárás előtt ugyan olyan színvonalat nyújtsak, mint délelőtt 11-kor. Egy biztos, ide soha többet nem jövünk. I have been going to Frei cafes for years, but I have never experienced anything like this, which happened yesterday (February 3, 2022) in the Fashion City - Nyugati tér store. At 17.05 we arrived for two coffees. A tired lady at the counter said she would close in 1 hour and only make coffee in a paper cup, but let’s sit down and stay calm. Here you go? I couldn't say anything out of shock. Well, the two coffees were made in 10 minutes. There is nothing wrong with that, everyone gets tired for the evening, but the straightforward knife opener has even charged 50-50 forints for the glasses! Hospitality enough, it would be evident to me to provide the same standard 1 hour before closing as at 11 in the morning. Sure, we'll never come here again.

There is no sign outside that there is a café there, so most of the people won't know there is café Frei inside and that's why it's not that crowded which is the best thing about it. Well done for the interior design!
